Help me with the name of this movie!?!

ok horror movie freaks help me out! i watched this movie when i was like 10, so it is at least 13 years old!. it was about this little girl whos father died and she went all kooky!. she'd freak when someone wore their hat wrong, or her brother moved her dolls, she walked out onto her roof and this guy had to get her to bring her back in, and she built a huge spirl house of cards around herself!. her mom in the end built a giantic replica of the house of cards she build in their yard!. i cannot for the life of me remember the name of the movie! someone help!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
