I wouldn't say its the best ever!.!.!.
but its definitely one of the best ever, i loved it so much, and im not really a big fan of old movies, it really stands out from all of the movies at its time, its like it doesn't fit there, when i saw it i thought like
"wow, 1942, this!? this is much more progressive than its time"!.

It's all opinion!. If it is for you, then that's the answer for you!. Some of my favorite movies are V for Vendetta, The Empire Strikes Back, and The Terminator!. Most movie buffs would laugh at that, but that's only their particular taste talking, not any kind of fact!.
If you're talking about the most well made, one thing to consider is: are you asking about the best made movie ever, or the best ever FOR ITS TIME!? The former would be a ridiculous claim to make, in my opinion, while the latter, not so much!.
But even if there are certain facts that can be pointed to to show how impressively made a movie is, it's still all largely opinion!. The shorter answer is: no for me, and yes for you!.
*EDIT* So, "Yes it is one of my faves" is a good answer, while if someone puts some actual thought into the answer, they're a big piece of crap!. Remind me not to turn to you for advice, mi amigo!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
