Question: Have you seen any really BIG mistakes in any movies!?
There have been many I have noticed, but one really bugs me in the movie Rose Red by Stephen King!. Is it just me or is the timeline of the Rimbauers births, marriage, building the house and their deaths all screwed up!? Everytime I watch it it doesn't make sense!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was surprised to read how many mistakes/goofs there were in the movie Titanic (1997)--winner of 11 Oscars!. If you look at this web page from IMDb, it lists them: http://www!.imdb!.com/title/tt0120338/goof!.!.!.
The one that made me chuckle was this one: Rose says she bought herself a few paintings by Picasso while Cal mocks her choices!. Later as the ship sinks, we see artwork floating in their room including Picasso's Les Demoiselles d'Avignon!. The picture, though unframed, is rigid as if nailed to a canvas stretcher (rather than having been rolled-up)!. Unfortunately, unless it were rolled-up, Rose wouldn't have been able to get that painting through her cabin's door; the picture is MASSIVE - around eight feet to a side! In any case, Demoiselles is much bigger than the large-poster-sized version shown!. Too, the famed Les Demoiselles d'Avignon certainly did not go down with Titanic (or any other ship)!. The celebrated 1907 painting has been hanging in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City since 1939!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah I have!. One that really irritates me beyond all measure is in Titanic, when Jack's telling Rose about the lake he went ice fishing on when she was threatening to jump!. The lake's called Lake Wissota!. It's man made and in Wisconsin near Chippewa Falls (where Jack grew up)!. BUT the lake was only filled with water in 1918 when a power company built a dam on the Chippewa River, six years after the Titanic sank!.

In The Dark Knight when the Joker is standing in the street, it was either right before or right after he said "Hit me!" - a "Home Sweet Chicago" sign is visible in the background for a second!. This may seem like a small mistake but it's a big one to anyone who is obsessed with Batman!.!.!. who is supposed to be in Gotham City!.!.!. not Chicago where the movie was filmed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
