Concerning just the film, the "walk to remember" is the scene where Jamie walks down the aisle by herself when she couldn't even stand the week before!. However, the novel actually does have a significant walk!. It is the walk down through his old town that Landon is taking while he is remembering, and therefore telling, his story!.
