I'm really pissed off right now,I've been looking for this movie for a days on and off!.Every time the website has hidden fees or doesn't have it because it never did/took it down or I can read it because it's in Chinese or something!.

I've been watching movies using the chinese websites with the help of my chinese friend--when i was in still in china!. With exoerience, i kinda memorize how characters look and so on!.!.!.

First off, unless you have high speed internet, you're going to have to just go buy the film!. Now, assuming you've got high-speed!.!.!.
Your best bet is to get yourself a torrent downloading client!. I recommend uTorrent ---> http://www!.utorrent!.com/
This is a program that allows you to download "torrent files"!. In a nutshell, a torrent file is a tiny file that can only be opened with a torrent downloading client (like the one I linked to above)!. This file connects your computer to another computer in the world and downloads a particular file you're looking for, typically rather large ones (like movies, for example)!. It sounds complicated, but it's really not!.
Once you have a torrent client downloaded and installed, search a site like www!.mininova!.org for whatever it is you're looking for (in your case, Brokeback Mountain)!. Find a torrent for that file and download it using the client you previously installed!. Once done, your client will begin dowloading said file!. Even with a fast connection, this can take days!. Once done, it's just like any other file you've downloaded!. Just play the file!
