Help! Im Stuck, All You Movie People!!?!

Okay, so I hate it when this happens, I remember just parts of a conversation and then forget the most important part!. My cousin was talking about a movie and I paid attention I swear I did but I don't remember what movie it was!. She said it was funny, something to do with a foreigner pretending to be a journalist(i think!.!.) and he kept saying "High Five!!"
