I don't know location specifics, but I do know that it was shot in Hawaii!. I'm pretty sure the waterfall scenes are of Maunawili Falls!. There's also a sign that says Kapaa in one of the shots!. Other than that, all I know is it's Hawaii!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
