What was the movie, where an Asian woman slept with some guy, and her head chopp!

Question: What was the movie, where an Asian woman slept with some guy, and her head chopped off by ninjas that night!?
When I was little, I'd sleep over my grandma's and she'd leave the TV on all night, so I ended up watching lots of random movies!. I never knew what they were called, or whether they were TV movies or regular ones, since she had like, lots of showtime and HBO-like channels!.

Anyway, the two were at a hotel, and met by coincidence earlier in the day!. The Asian woman knew the ninjas were coming for her for whatever reason, and that's why she slept with the guy!. He wasn't Asian, he was American or British!.

So they had fallen asleep after, and later, the girl got up when she heard the ninjas and went to meet them coming in the balcony and talked to them!. They asked how she wanted to die, quickly or slowly, and she said slowly to enjoy life, and it was the head ninja's last mission, and he took off his mask because she asked him to!.

The guy ended up being seen by the ninjas, and that was like apparently terrible since he'd seen the head ninja's face!. They chopped the woman's head off and there was blood spatter on like, wallpaper!. They slit the guy's throat and left, thinking he'd die!. But he didn't, and was in the hospital later, all traumatized and stuff, talking to some lawyer-like people!. I think he was having some kind of hallucination, and saw the people in the room get hit by shiruken star things!.!.!.

And there was also a scene with the ninja community in the woods, with the two ninja who failed to kill the man were killed!.

Then my grandma half-woke up and switched the station!. Does anyone have ANY clue what this movie is!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
The Hunted (1995)
starring Christopher Lambert, John Lone, Joan Chen
IMDb synopsis:
Paul is on one of his many business trips to Tokyo, as a computer-chip executive from New York, when he meets a beautiful and mysterious woman!. Later, he finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, inadvertently interrupting an assassination by a feared Ninja-cult!. As he is now the only man to have seen the face of the cult's warrior-leader and lived, he soon realizes that he is facing a markedly foreshortened life-expectancy!. Teaming up with a friendly samurai couple, on a two-centuries-old blood-feud with the Ninja, he struggles to survive!. Finally, recuperating on an island-fortress, he learns swordsmanship, and perhaps, a little about courage, honor, love, and loyalty!. The requisite final confrontation is rife with bloody swordplay and spectacular martial-arts action sequences!.

I have this film in my videotape collection and have watched it numerous times!. It's one of my action favorites, particularly because I'm a fan of Lone and Lambert!.
