Movie title help please?!?!?!

Um!.!.!. When I was little (some time in the mid to late '90s) I fell asleep with a movie chanel (or maybe the sci-fi chanel) on and I remember waking up in the middle of the night and this film was on!. It was animated but it was an adult film!. It was set in space I think, it had 2 women and a man, but I think one of the women was the guys sister or something!. But um, I only really remember the end where the main female character got hurt in like a battle or something, and then she went swimming naked, and then the male character helped her out of the water, and then the other girl and the guy helped her like limp away and then some yoda like character was in space floating on a rock and said like the lesson of the movie or something!. I don't know if that makes sense!? I was really young!. Please help if you think you know what movie this is!. : )Www@Enter-QA@Com
