he was kind of stupid and everytime he talked you couldn't understand a word he was saying, he mumbles when talking, in one of the movies he was paired with a small police officer with glasses!. he might have only been in one movie or maybe 2!. I've seen the cast lists for all the movies, but can't pick him out!.
