Question: Is it true george lucas is gonna release a new live action star wars movie!?
i was talking with someone at gamestop and they said george lucas announced a new live action film based on "the force unleashed" and im like siked for it and i wanna know if its just a rumor or not!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

To put it plainly !.!.!. "someone" is so full of it that it is pouring out of their ears!. There is a book for a basic story line of "The Force Unleashed" but come on now !.!.!. games may start as "canon" with the story but as soon as you make your first move "canon" goes out the window!. This is true with almost ALL the Star Wars games!.
So no !.!.!. there will not be another live action Star Wars movie !.!.!. EVER!. Of course rumors will abound all the time but they are garbage!.
Just a question to the guy who said Lucas doesn't care about the story anymore and just wants more money !.!.!.!. Ummm !.!.!.!. what does he need more money for!? You need to pay better attention dude !.!.!. all the stuff that comes out now is FOR the TRUE fans not money !.!.!. if you don't happen to be capable of understanding that !.!.!. well I guess that's fine but trying to shove that kind of crap down my throat will get you puked on every single time!.
As for the live action TV show that is planned for 2010 !.!.!. it has nothing to do with the Force Unleashed game !.!.!. nothing!. As has been said in this forum many times !.!.!. that show will be set in between ep III & ep IV and will show the early formation of the Rebel Alliance and all the battles that lead up to the events of ep IV!. Call me crazy but I can't help but think that the story will be told from a "dark side" point of view!.

The Clone Wars was just a test run and he's going to do 4-6 in CGI !? You might want to go back and read the rest of the article !.!.!. What is REALLY going on is that Lucas is converting all 6 movies into a real 3-D format to be re-released to theaters!. There is no date given for this as of yet but it is going to happen according to what Lucas said in a recent issue of Entertainment Weekly!. There has also been talk that he is re-doing the parts of Yoda in ep I !.!.!. Yoda was still a puppet in ep 1 and Lucas has talked about redoing it as a CGI character!. Lucas has talked about it in a few interviews but, as usual, didn't say yes or no!. One thing he has said is that Yoda in ep 5 & 6 will not be changed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think it's been rumored by people, but I haven't seen anything with him directly saying that!. I wouldn't be surprised if he did that though (he's using star wars to just make more money, and doesn't care about the quality of his films)
