Question: Name of scary movie about people with red corneas!?
I watched this movie quite a few years ago (from my perspective, I am not so very old) and all I can remember of it is this: People become aggressive with homicidal rage after getting red cornea implants!. There are two main characters, a teenaged guy and girl!. The crazy red-eyed people can't stand high pitched noises!. I also remember that this evil guy (whom I think was the cause) did it to his young daughter, and the main character (guy) sees this, and then the main guy and girl's eye lids are held open to receive the implant, but escape!. There is also a seen where a girl tries to come on to the main guy, but something happens and she gets cut by a mirror or something to that effect!.
