1) basic packg : 450$/Monthly
2) cars /travel allowance: 5000$/Monthly

James Bond was created by a failed British Spy who thought that he might do good with a fake charector!. (amazingly he did)

one thing anyone at the CIA or MI6 will tell you is that the number of people who actually do field work is so small that they would never take on cases like that!.
Most of their people sit around reading foreign newspapers,!. watching tv from foreign lands, and reading whatever intell deals with their section!.
The people who are field agents usauly have 1 or 2 types of work!.
They are usualy attaches to embassy's and have to be undercover wherever they go!. That means that the most they probably do outside of the embassy is embassy parties, and things like that!.
You dont as a spy which is what James Bond is, go around making yourself be known, and you sure dont use your real name even if you did!.
If we ever saw the real MI6 at play in the James Bond movies, he'd be stuck in a embassy all day writing reports considering all the action he does!.

He would have a basic civil service salary, plus some sort of danger money!. I am not sure of the amount in Britain, but the Australian equivalent would probably be A$ 100,000 basic salary plus A$20,000 loading!. I think money is not an issue for Bond!. He could just take money that he takes on the job and hide it for his own retirement if he wanted to!.
