ok, so me and some friends were watching it last night and we were wondering!.!.!.!.the guy who plays lieutenant Dan-does he really not have any legs!?!? because if he does, they did a really good job with the special effects!. especially considering since that movie was made in the early ninties!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

"Lt!. Dan" (Gary Sinise) does indeed have legs!. His legs were digitally removed in post production using, what they called at the time, "cutting edge" CGI technology that would now be classified as "Old School" techniques!. Quite brilliant actually!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
He had legs but they have all sorts of tricks!. Like in a wheel chair his legs probably were through the chair hidden from the front!. Long before digital effects they were giving academy awards for best movie special effects so there is so much we don't know and do we really!? It kind of ruins the movie a little!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
