can you explain to me what was going on in the end please!? it doesn't make any sense to me!. who was the guy driving the black car!? why did he kill those people and spare the pregnant chick!? what is the point of the nurse or doctor named after the town they were trying to find!? i don't get it!. please help!. thanksWww@Enter-QA@Com

The guy that was driving the black car was not a killer - he was supposed to be death!. He collected the souls of the people that died in a car crash!.
What I think is - the lady in white was driving a car and the car with the family in it crashed into her!. They all died (except for the main character - I can remember her name), and the guy that drove the black car collected the people in a purgatory area!. As the main character did not die - she was revived in hospital, and so lived!.!.!.!.
I know that it doesnt make complete sense but its the best I can make of it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have seen it and i think that everyone is dead except the father because they find his "to do list" and it's saying it actually happened but he thinks it was a car crash!.!.!.!. I think!.
