No Harley Quinn was created in the Batman Animated Series!.From the fan response there she made it into the comics!. She has never made an appearance on the Big Screen!. She was however the main villian on the series with batmans Daughter!. (cant remember the name) Www@Enter-QA@Com

She was in the WB series Birds of Prey about Batman and Catwoman's daughter!. It was a weird show that veered off from the comics though!.
