Irreversible - the uncut unedited version, is probably one of the most disturbing of recent films I've seen in the past 7 years!. It has one of the most graphic rape scenes Ive ever even heard of and a scene where a guy literally gets his head kicked in and its done so well (Special fx) that you can't even tell that it is not real!.
I really liked it personally!. the way it was laid out, the acting, cinematography, the storyline and of course Monica Bellucci can do no wrong!.
Although I have to say, even though I was what some would consider one of the ultimate Horror-gore hounds, i really hadn't been watching that stuff for a while and was shocked when i watched Irreversible!. It is part of my collection!.

You know, I saw a movie about 20-25 years ago that was TRULY disgusting!. I think the name was Eraserhead or something like that!. I have a pretty good tolerance for gross movies, but this was just SICK!. I think it starred Barbara Crampton or someone like that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
