What is this movie from the 80's?!

I think it was a Disney movie!. It had old Bette Davis!. 2 girls move to a new place and Bette Davis is their neighbor!. Bette Davis had a daughter named Karen who disappeared!. The little girl named her dog Narek and wrote it on a dirty window and then it looked like Karen from the other side!. The older girl fell into the water and Bette Davis saved her with a big long stick but it looked like she was drowning her but was saving her!. At the end they get the missing daughter back by doing some weird ritual with the eclipse!.!.!.!.any one know it!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
