Do New Yorkers get annoyed by movie makers?!
Question: Do New Yorkers get annoyed by movie makers!?
SO many movies ( and TV shows) are made in New York and I understand that alot of it could just be in a studio!. Does it ever get annoying when there is shooting going on ON LOCATION in New York!? Does it hold up traffic or close off the park!? Or are you guys just used to it!?

i guess when its going on in your own neighbourhood YEH i mean i'd be upset if i was trying to leave my crib to get to where i need to be and somebody was stopping me and asking me to wait about 10 to 15 minutes while they shoot a important scene!. perfect example was 'do the the right thing' by spike lee, alot of the residents in bed stuy (brooklyn) were complaing because they couldnt even visit thier local grossery spot because of filming or kids couldnt play outside due to 'expensive filming equipment' may get damaged and just sh1t like that!.
but most of the time they close the whole block off for filming like how they most likly did for example 'phone booth' which 99% of the film is shot on a busy location!.

i go to the city all the time and my sister lives there!. it is not a problem at all!. I defintely know what you mean i thought it was annoying too but it isn't!. It is actually really cool because a lot of times if you see them filming you get to be like an extra and go in it!. But i haft to say that you don't see filming that much!. I go to the city like every weekend and i only saw filming like a couple of times Www@Enter-QA@Com
