I cant remeber the name of this movie?!

Its about this girl who wrote in this journal and in this journal she wrote about her Friends!. One her Friends wore Purple socks another Friend was So poor the he couldn't buy bread!. Any way her Friends find the journal and read it and stop being her Friend, so she like cuts one of her Friends pony tail off!. so her dad and i think her step mom send her to an psychiatrist!. that's all i can remember Www@Enter-QA@Com
