Question: I missed the ending of Mr!. Brooks - DVD stopped!.!.!?
arghhh! We are just down to the last two scenes!. He kills the guy in the cemetary with the shovel and says "long before I was the thumbprint killer I was!.!.!." that was it - didn't even hear that line and it would skip right to the credits!!! How frustrating!.

Then he goes to bed, and there's a scene (extremely gory) where Brooks's daughter stabs him in the neck with a pair of scissors and he bleeds to death!. He helped her because he respects the fact that she made herself into a good cop even though she came from money and didn't need to!.

He calls Atwood anonymously, indirectly letting her know that Smith wasn't the Fingerprint Killer!. When you have problems like that, remove the DVD and wipe it carefully and thoroughly with a clean, soft cotton cloth!. The problem is usually caused by "dirty", or oily, fingerprints due to careless handling by the person who rented it before you!. If that does not cure it, then you MUST return it to the rental shop and get a copy that you can watch without interruption!.
