I need to find the name of a (romantic comedy) movie...?!

All I can say is that it starts out with a little boy and a teenaged girl on a plane and the boy is scared!. The two don't know eachother, they were just seated next to eachother!. She tells him to count so he isn't scared!. They meet several times throughout the years!. I think the boy becomes a mascot and the girl becomes head cheerleader or she's the mascot!.!.!. I don't know!. It's a romantic comedy I guess!. But I need some help, from anybody who's willing to give it!.
I think she ends up calling him, "Counting (whatever his name is [ben maybe!?])"Www@Enter-QA@Com
