PLZZ.. ANSWERRR!!!! Whats the name of this movie.. i heared it has many episodes!

it takes place in england and there are cops and stuff and theres this old lady who drinks and she knows this 14 year old who is daughter of the principle and her best friend starts with an 'S' i have no clue, maybe sally or sandy or whatever!.!. and theres this 20 year old who is on drugs and drinks and the principle is the one who made his daughter's friend pregnant and they were finding out who did this!.!. and this 14 year old was really the best friend of this girl who died which was murdered by her (14 yr old) and the one who got murdered had a father from ireland and he was argueing with this old lady which works with the fbi!.!. so do u remember the name of this episode and the movie called, plz tellWww@Enter-QA@Com
