Question: Does anybody know the name of this kids movie!?
it was in the 90s and it was a really weird animated movie!. not disney or mainstream or anything!. i dont remember much i just remember it was about a frog who started off like a real frog but later became like a person but was still a frog and he had a french accent!. i think he was a detective too but i dont remember!. please help thanksWww@Enter-QA@Com
