Its hard to tell what is neutral because accents don't sound very strong to the person with it!.
My accents a little muddled with some faint Irish and English from my parents!. Sometimes I get told I sound American!?
If I really think about it I can try not to sound to much like anything!. Im very hard to place from how I sound!.
