Hmm!.!. well!.!. it seems in Japan there is one version with both director's cut and a theatrical release!. If you only have the theatrical release, then yours is cut!. However, I could not find any HK versions!.
According to imdb the runtime is 111 minutes for the R rated one, so if you have a version longer than that, it is probably the director's cut!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I honestly don't know if there is a difference, but if my instinct tells me correctly I would have to say that they would be different!. Different countries, different religions, different languages, different standards: =different versions!.
