You most likely can't!. Even if you tried and it ended up fitting on the disk, you'd have to make the image quality / sampling rate so low that it wouldn't be worth watching!.
Your best bet is to burn the movie to a DVD disk instead!. If you don't have that option, then you're probably stuck!. Sorry!Www@Enter-QA@Com
