Is the ubiquitous fold-up directors chair still a common sight on film sets?!

Question: Is the ubiquitous fold-up directors chair still a common sight on film sets!?
Answers:
The chair still exists, but they rarely say DIRECTOR anymore and there are usually a lot more for the rest of the crew as well!. It's more about them being such an easy chair to fold up and take to different locations more than anything!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'd have to say no; today's film-makers are a whole new breed!. I don't think they even sit down anymore!. Watch any number of bonus material on one of your DVD's at home and you always see those guys on their feet, standing behind a computer screen or even up off of the ground to be where ever the camera is filming the shot!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes i have one and its the most comfortable chair ive ever had!.Ilike to think that i am some big shot directerWww@Enter-QA@Com
