i think Lisa knew the stalker because like it was a former teacher of both donna's and Lisa's and they just knew him!.
she recognized him!. before the movie, he became really obbsessed with donna and wanted to like rape her and like stuff so he killed her family to be alone with her but like she got away!. and so he was like stalking her everywhere!.

ACTUALLY I JUST SEEN THIS MOVIE IT LEAD ME TO BELIEVE SHE DID GO TO SCHOOL WITH DONNA THEY ALL WENT TO THE SAME SCHOOL AND ALL AT THE SAME PROM TOGETHER AND SHE RECOGNIZED THE STALKER BY HIS EYES BUT DIDNT TOTALLY RECOGNIZE HIM BECAUSE HE CHANGED HIS LOOKS WITH FACIAL HAIR AND GOT A HAIR CUT BUT SHE HAD TO SEE HIM ON THE LOCAL NEWS BEFORE BECAUSE WHEN HE BROKE OUT THE MENTAL INSTITUTE AFTER KILLING DONNA`S PARENTS PROM WAS 3 YEARS LATER!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
