Actually they are going to have a sequel!. I think Tony Stark revealed his true identity because the media already knows he's this big time scientist and they already suspected him of being Iron Man anyways, so why not!?

My guess is that the person he revealed it to was so trustworthy and helpful to him that he didn't want to lie to them!. Batman is another superhero who revealed his true identity!. Once in Batman and another time in Batman Forever!. Both to attractive women!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
