I gotta question about a disney channel halloween movie?!

hey everyone i have a question about a disney channel halloween movie that came out like acouple years ago!. It was about these kids who move into a town and their grandfather died before they moved there!. And then the ghost that haunts the oil mine takes their grandfathers soul and so they team up with two other nice ghosts!. i kno its sounds gay but its for my little sister!. Does anyone know the name of this movie !?
