no the movie i'm looking for is not called the fugitive but its about this guy who holds up a bank and takes a hostage with him or something like that the guy who held the bank has a mute daughter and gradually through the movie the little girl opens up to the hostage and they go on this little adventure!.!.not sure what happens then at the end the little girl talks

The story is about a man (Martin) who holds up a bank and takes Nick Nolte hostage!. Martin has his little girl with him and she doesn't speak!.
