Dark City, when Mr!. Hand and "John Murdock" were fighting on the rooftops as the strangers were changing everything around!. Murdock eventually gets the upper hand, pins Mr!. Hand holds a knife to his throat and asks him what the hell is going on!. Mr!. Hand responds, in the creepiest way I have ever heard an actor act!.!.!.

Its not so much "we use your dead as vessels," that line, what was said, it was THE WAY the actor said which gave me chills!. No one who has seen the movie Dark City will argue the fact that the strangers were creepy as hell!.
