Question: Is The Blues Brothers a funny movie even though Dan Aykroyd is in it!?
I've avoided watching The Blues Brothers all of these years, figuring that with Aykroyd in it is an unfunny mess!. However, I keep hearing from peoplet that I should give it a shot in spite of Hackroyd's prominent role in the film!. What say you!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Dan Aykroyd is AWESOMELY FUNNY in 'this' movie!!!!!!!! I hear what you're saying though, as I believe Dan 'peaked' with this movie!. His movies after this he played characters that were just not that funny!. But he did lose a best friend and collaborator right after making this movie too!. Maybe losing John Belushi made him change so much he lost his 'funny' 'mojo'!. He was great in 'Nothing But Trouble' a few years later though, imho! But yes, you should watch The Blues Brothers; not just for Dan but for a hundred other reasons! Watch it! NOW! lol ;PWww@Enter-QA@Com

Great movie! Funny as hell and has one of the best soundtracks ever! It is probably the only movie of his I'll watch!. There are so many other people in it and it's his best character by far!. I must have watched it 200 times!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
