okay at almost the end of the movie remember the one from 1989 the joker has died due to the fall involved with the statue!. What is that in his pocket that was laughing in the little green bag!?!? My fiance and i were trying to figure out what that was in the little green sachet!.!.!.anyone know, my guess was it was some sort of little machine!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes it was!. Those are called Gag Bags or Laugh Bags or Bag o' Laughs; they went by many names and were available through mail order ads in comic books back in the 60's and 70's!. My wife even has a fuzzy little yellow guy that looked exactly like the cartoon character Captain Caveman that made the exact, I MEAN EXACT same laughter sound that the one in the Joker's bag did!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's called a "Laughing Bag"!. They were sold at novelty stores from the 50's through the 80's!. Now you can get that sound on certain keychains and such, but the laugh is shorter and sped up!. It used to be a mini record with a needle that, when the button was pushed, activated the needle onto the record!. It was a good 1 minute plus of laughing!. If you flipped the little record over, there we're bird chirping sounds on the other side!. I had one!.!.!.!.and i miss it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
