Looking for an 80's horror movie?!

Question: Looking for an 80's horror movie!?
It was made in the late 80's i think, possibly the early 90's!. All I remember is a a scene where they go to a house that is supposed to be haunted!. They go there to set up a prank and make it look haunted!. I remember they have a radio that plays screams, and I think I remember a fake severed arm!. They are setting it up I think possibly as a Frat house initiation, but I'm not 100%!. I remember them all sitting outside of the house in a car or truck as other ppl are inside setting up, but I think someone is killed and screaming but they think it is the radio that they brought!. Sorry that I all I can remember!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
