I remember that movie :)

The Mangler 2 (2001) starring Chelse Swain & Dexter Bell!.

Joanne 'Jo' Newton, a girl desperate for attention from her workaholic father ends with her going to private school after a break in at her dad's computer company!. The school is under going tests of a new security system!. Jo and several others students are to remain behind while the others leave for Spring Break!. Little does Headmaster Bradeen (played by Lance Henriksen) know, but Jo has hacked into a computer and has unleashed a super virus called "Mangler 2!.0" in the security system, but what she doesn't know is that this virus literally has a mind of it's own, and it controls everything around the school, so it is very capible of killing everyone in sight!. I vaguely remember a film about teen computer hacking that sounded similar to that description!. Think it was called "hackers" or something like that!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Disturbing Behavior (1998)!?
starring James Marsden, Katie Holmes, Nick Stahl, Steve Railsback, Bruce Greenwood, William Sadler, Ethan Embry, Katharine Isabelle
IMDb synopsis:
When Steve Clark moves with his family to Cradle Bay and enrolls in the local high school, he's not sure where he fits in with the local high school crowds!. He doesn't really fit in with the punkers, the nerds, the hot-rodders, or any of the other diverse groups you would expect to find in a typical American high school!. Actually, Steve looks more like one of the jocks, but they don't seem quite right either!. In fact, the jock crowd seems perfect with their matching varsity jackets, haircuts, politically-correct charity work, and all-around behavior that would make any mom and pop proud!. When Steve befriends two of the less desirable social misfits at school, Gavin Strick and Rachel Wagner, he soon discovers why the jocks' perfect behavior is so disturbing!.

This is what came to mind, but it's been awhile since I've seen it!. I might be way off the mark with this!. I know they try to stop transmissions that cause those under the influence to behave in a supposedly "perfect" manner although there are some bugs in the system!. It's reminiscent of "The Stepford Wives" in some ways and similar to "Perfect Little Angels" (1998 TV movie)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
