The point of the film and of Judge Turpin's character is that there is absolutely no reason for his exile!.

I believe he was deported because the judge was an ****** who lusted after Todd's wife!. He wanted to get Todd out of the way, so he deported him overseas!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
