There's this reclusive guy living in this big house by an ocean or something!. He has these awful burns all over half of his body!.!.!. in the meantime there's this kid who's trying to get into this military school but he can't pass the entrance exam and he ends up being tutored by the recluse and getting into the school but for some reason they can't ever see each other again!.
