Question: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince postponed till July 2009!?
Is this true!? Seriously!. All I've been hearing is that it's postponed but not why or if it's been confirmed!. People are flooding the message boards on IMDB about it and I just thought I'd ask for any true confirmation!.

I, for one, am extremely ******* pissed off!. They gave us a release date, they gave us a ******* trailer, and then decided to just screw us all over!.
I considered boycotting the movie before I even saw the trailer [I love harry potter, but the movies just keep letting me down more and more], but when I saw the trailer!.!.!.I couldn't wait!. I made plans already for the midnight premier, and now they just go and change it on everyone!? It's complete bullshit!.
EDIT: All we as fans can do is make our opinion be heard!. You never know what impact you will have until you try, and right now there are a LOT of pissed-off HP fans that are willing to let their voices be heard!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I guess that Harry, Hermoine and Ron entered Hogwarts as pre-pubescent 12 year olds, and we will see them graduate as graying geriatric teenagers!. Seems silly to me that they weren't filmed in quicker succession just in terms of how much teenagers change over a short period of time!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes they are!. I found out on the comcast news page that they are doing this so they can have that big summer opening!. When kids are out of school, people are on vacation!.
