Question: I need help with Netflix!! Anyone know what's wrong with the site!?
I've a movie "shipping" since the 9th, and I haven't gotten it!. I reported it that I never did, and the replacement they are sending me was supposed to ship on Tuesday, but never did!. I also have returned 3 movies, and they haven't emailed me to say they got them back!. I have have 2 movies on my list that have said since Tuesday they are shipping Tuesday, but they haven't even shipped yet!. What's going on!? I left blockbuster to avoid this very thing!!! Is netflix always this horrible!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've had Netflix pretty much since it came out and its always been A+!. They completely understand when a movie is stratched or whatever and have always been speedy in replacing it!. Make sure the adress info is PERFECT!. Even a missing letter could slow the postal service down!. also depending on where you live, Netflix takes longer to ship then others (I moved from one part of MA to another and it added on another day)!. If all else fails, just contact them and I'm sure they'll be able to help!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
