I'm looking for this kids movie!

It's a kids movie, but I don't remember what it's called!. It's a cartoon movie, and I'm not sure if it's by disney or not!. Basically this girl is a princess and she has a ring with magical thread that she uses so she won't get lost!. She leaves her castle through a secret room and gets to this goblin village I think!. And meets this boy and they find out that the goblins (I think) are going to try and attack her kingdom!. They're kids in case that was unclear!. Uh she has blonde hair!. The ring also shows the way sometimes like it showed her the secret way out of the castle!. Not The Black Cauldron!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
