From what i understand the all spark was used solely to create a new life form!. Frenzy was a bad guy and he did something to it to make it renew him again!. BumbleBee didnt!. Ratchet i think eventually healed him!. I have watched that movie so much and i never even thought of that!.!.!.good question :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
