Question: My idea for the next Batman film
Ok here's the premise!. After all the mob bosses in town are jailed Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum attempt to take over Gotham in a very public manner forcing the Dark Knight to once again don the suit!. Batman goes out night after night trying to clean the city and starts to notice his batmobile starting to act strangely and breaking down on him!. After a few nights he finds out Humpty Dumpty is disassembling his car and putting it back together again!. After a botched reassembly Humpty Dumpty is severely injured!. He finds a hidden survellance camera in his hat only to trace the signal back to Mad Hatter!. He goes after Mad Hatter only to discover that Mad Hatter was partnering with a secret partner that claims he knows who Batman is and was testing Batman's skills and learning more about his technology to defeat him in return Mad Hatter wants all of Arkum inmates as his test subjects(so far its revealed that only Humpty Dumpty was his first subject)!. Mad Hatter is saved by Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum who are also partnering with this secret partner who Batman begins to suspect is Ra's Al Ghuul!. After a huge fight Batman is injured but manages to defeat Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum, and Mad Hatter!. Out of the shadows comes his main nemesis!.!.!.!. Hugo Strange!. Hugo has the guy from Dark Knight that stumbled across Batman's identity hypnotized thanks to Mad Hatter and then killed to make sure no one else knows!. Hugo has been training and wants to be everything Batman is and now that he's badly injured he thinks he can take him on!. A huge fight begins on the site of the reconstruction site of the building where Rachel died and Batman being injured is losing!. Mad Hatter wakes up and realizes that Hugo Strange is using him and starts to fight him too!. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum also wake up and find out that Hugo Strange and Mad Hatter are using them so they join the melee!. While Batman is recovering Hugo Strange defeats all the rest!. Now that Batman has had a chance to catch his second wind he's able to defeat Hugo Strange but not before Hugo threatens to tell the entire world of who he really is!. It ends with someone in the shadows shooting Hugo Strange in the back and falling to his apparent death!. As Batman is going after the shadowy person he hears "you never learned to mind your sorroundings" and he falls through the roof and passes out!. Commisioner Gordon arrives and arrests Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum but no body of Hugo Strange!. Commisioner Gordon leads the cops in a different direction away from Batman to give him a chance to escape!. The end!.

To give a bit more criticism than the others that answered, not bad!. I like the idea of introducing characters from the comics into the movies that have never made it to the Silver screen!. There are a few problems with your idea, if you don't mind me pointing them out!.
1) The story has too many villains, not enough heart, and is convoluted!.
I think the too many villains aspect would bring the public dangerously down the Batman & Robin path!. The heart missing is that you haven't given Wayne someone to focus on!. Theres no Rachel, no Dent, no anybody!. Finally, it jumps all over the place at the finale!.
2) Theres not much of a story!.
You've written a great conclusion, just not enough details on how we got there!. also, you have to remember that if you're going to introduce the audience to all those new characters then you have to tell where they came from, why they're bad, and where they are going!.
I think you might be developing a better short story than movie, but that's my opinion!. I do like it, but it needs more work!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
