What movie is this, from the 80's???????????!

Can anyone remember this movie; The movie was about these two boys who got caught up in this evil plot by a carnival director and his entourage of freaks!. The carnies came and made the town people's deepest wishes come true, like youth and stuff like that!. Then the director was trying to get the boys souls or something too, but eventually one of them learned how to destroy the director or something like that after his friend got seduced into becoming one of them!. I don't know if I'm saying it right or describing it correctly, but I know it's not too far off from what I said!. PLEASE help me with this if you can!Www@Enter-QA@Com
