Can You Help Me With This Movie Title?!

I'm try to remember a movie with fuzzy details, but I believe a guy might have accidentally killed his friend and the friend became a zombie and kept talking to him through the movie and the guy kept trying to hide him from people, or something like that!. I think the guys head was chopped off!. also, I think they were teenagers!. It's a comedy, I think 80,s/ early 90,s, and it's not American Werewolf!.
