What is the name of this movie??? HELP!!

I have been trying to remember the name and/or lead actor in a movie!. It starts out with 2 boys seeing one of their dads hiding a gun!. The friend steals the gun and kills his step-dad who is a John Wayne fanatic with a huge John Wayne tattoo on his back!. Something about the gun makes people come after the boy and the dad (who hid the gun) is trying to protect him!. There is a part where he climbs into a truck to hide and the owners of the truck are sicko child porn murders who won't let him go until the other mom finds him and kills them!.
