It does suck so bad, they took all the scares out and made it a soppy love story by the end, realy realy bad!.
John Carpenter was involved infact it was produced by Debra Hill and John Carpenter!.!.It was 'based ' on JC original idea but screenplay written by Cooper Layne who i hope doesnt get to right another screenplay after this mess of a movie!.
Just pretend it doesnt exist and watch the original!.
