Movie about the Holocaust!

Ok i saw this movie back like maybe 7 years or so ago about this boy whose penis basically got him out of being sent to auschiwitz!. Im serious I saw it in my enlgish class and I remember he was hiding from SS officers and one time on the train an older women, with the favor of sex ( shewas german i believe) helped him!.
