Question: Is The Shining too scary!?
Okay, so!.!.!. I am 18, but I've only seen maybe 3 horror films in my entire existence!. (Quite the baby) I've watched one rather recently (the other two were when I was 6 or 7) I think last spring!. I watched 28 weeks later, with my friend (now boyfriend) and was disturbed for quite a while after!. It's still rather scary to think about!. I read that the shining was more of a thriller, rather than a gore-fest, which is what usually bothers me most, but!.!.!. how scary is it!? I watched Disturbia too, but that wasn't scary at all!. So!.!.!. I'm afraid of 28 weeks later, but not Disturbia!.!.!. do you think I'd be afraid of The Shining!?

but the book is better!. Somebody made the point that the book is about somebody's gradual deterioriation into madness, but Jack Nicholson looks crazy to begin with!.!.!.

I hate horror movies but I loved this one (I'm 16), theres not much gore it's just a lot of suspence, it's brilliant and really stylistic!. Watch it!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm a big horror movie fan and I have to say that The Shining is probably more scary based on the fact that is so well made by Kubrick and Nicholson!. Nicholson has a tendency to be scary on his own without doing anything!. I think it's a very scary movie!. There is also a version that was made for TV that follows the book better (that version is not scary at all, but I hate the fact that I've seen it)!. The original is so good that if you're trying to get into scary movies, this has to be one that you see!. Warning, there is some blood and the twins are no joke!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
